Seedling Mix – 5 lt
Our seedling mix are made up of quality peat, perlite and washed coir. Its suitable for the propagation of all seeds and cuttings in both open trays or plug trays. The mixture will retain enough moisture for the germination process of the seedlings. Water when necessary.
For Seedlings
The seedling mix drains well and will retain enough fresh air while still maintaining good contact with the seeds.
Place the seedling mix in a suitable container (training pots) or plug tray. Place seeds on the seedling mix.
Cover with thin layer of seedling mix (about 5 mm deep) and water well.
For Cuttings
Fill the training pot with seedling mix. Plant the seedlings in the container and water well.
Keeping the seedling/cuttings tray in a warm environment will help with the germination process.
Water regularly when necessary.
